Cultivation of tomatoes, strawberries and roses with the stud system:

There are two ways to install studs: 1- Hanging system

2- Support ground system.

1- Hanging system: In this system, tomatoes or strawberries are hung in the greenhouse with chains or ropes. This option is only possible when the greenhouse has a bearing structure. The hanging system makes the space under the gutter to be empty and clean.​​​​​​​​

2- Ground support system: The gutter can be supported on the ground through support rods in situations where the greenhouse is not able to bear the load or when the system must be implemented inside the tunnel. The height of the support rods for tomatoes can be adjusted by the nut and the grooves on the rod, so the water can be placed at the end of the cultivation lines.​​​​​​

Support rods for strawberries are placed in the ground in such a way as to create the slope required to collect the water flow. Sharp holding hooks are attached to the bars. For some species, bandage tape can be used for the stem of plants in such a way as to keep the leaf from the fruit with the help of detachable hooks.​​​​​​

Cultivation of tomatoes, strawberries and roses with the stud system

The stud model used is suitable for growing strawberries in pots or potted bags. The cultivation of roses and other flowers is also possible thanks to a system consisting of two or more stud lines with adjustable ground support rods.

The stud system can be produced at the project site by a profiling machine, or after production at the factory, it can be transported to the project site by containers.

Advantages of stud installation method:

1- Faster growth and more resistance of plants, compared to the traditional cultivation method in the ground

2- The possibility of homogeneous irrigation of plants

3- Reducing pollution and poisonous fungi of plants, which ultimately increases production and reduces feed consumption.

4- In this method, the plants are located at a distance from the ground surface, as a result of which the air circulation is in the most optimal possible state. This makes harvesting 3 times more and also reduces the required manpower.

5- Since the plants must be changed in each crop cycle, the bags used in this method can be used in 1 to 3 crop cycles.

6- The destruction of resources and nutrients in the ground is avoided, and parasitic problems are also avoided.

7- In the stud system method, the useful life is 10 to 51 years.

8- In the gutter system method, the water in the drains is re-entered into the cycle if they are sterilized and disinfected with suitable devices, this means 50% saving in fertilizer consumption and the water in the drains can be used to irrigate other crops as well. take
