In 1386, Hemta Sazeh company was able to win the title of the best greenhouse manufacturer in the northwest of the country. This company started cooperating with this group in 1400 as one of the sub-companies of the Pars Structure Industrial Group in the field of agriculture and industry.

Construction quality of greenhouse structures

All parts and components of the greenhouse structure are covered with hot galvanized coating with Sendzimir Z-275 standard to protect against oxidation. All fasteners and connections are based on European standards and all bolts and nuts used in the structures of this company are DIN 931 and grade 8.8 (Sendzimir Z-275 standard for both sides of the sheet with Minimum coverage of 19 microns on each side of the sheet)

All metal parts of the structure have a two-year warranty against defects.

The calculation of the resistance of the structure against the wind speed is based on the employer's data and meteorological information of the region, in accordance with the calculation rules of the European standards NF EN 13031-1.

The columns are made in two can profiles with dimensions of 80 x 80 mm and 100 x 100 mm and a thickness of 2 mm and more, which is made of hot galvanized material.

Columns are installed with a distance of 2.5 meters in the walls and 5 meters inside. Each column is protected by a plastic cap at its end against water and moisture penetration, the strength of the column heads allows the forces on the greenhouse to be divided between the main parts of the greenhouse (column, arch and brace). The heads of the columns are made in a special octagonal shape, which helps a lot in the slope of the greenhouse roof, especially in places where the ground slope is high.

The sheet used to make studs is made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 2 mm, and the pillars are fixed in place by three drill head screws after installation.

The gutters are made of galvanized sheet AZ-275 (275 Gr./m²) with a thickness of 2 mm and a wide width of 50 cm. During 11 bending steps, in addition to having an exceptional shape for collecting rainwater (40 liters per hour per square meter), they also give considerable strength to the structure. The slope of the stud on the structure will be 0.4%.

Bows, 60 pipes with 1.5 mm thickness (Sendzimir galvanized AZ-275 (275 Gr./m²)) are installed at a distance of 2.5 meters from each other to each bow, supports and braces ( 32 tubes with a thickness of 1.5 mm) are installed, which together make the structure stronger.

There are two reinforcing wind braces K (can 40 x 40 with a thickness of 2 mm) in the front and back of the greenhouse (in each opening), three columns (can 40 x 80 with a thickness of 2 mm) are located vertically in the front and back of the greenhouse. . (in each opening) four braces (32 tube with thickness of 1.5) are located between the first bow and the second bow in the front and back of the greenhouse. (in each opening) the motor and gearbox as well as the rack and pinion used in these windows are selected depending on the length and weight of the window. The dovetail valves are opened from the top of the bow so that hot air can be discharged better and faster. Their opening size is 130 cm. A rack and pinion is installed every 2.5 meters. Each opening has a three-phase motor and 32 tubes as opening and closing shafts. Each of the valves can have an anti-insect net.
